Frequently Asked Questions
It’s always best to book your sessions in advance, and ideally a few months in advance. My calendar typically shows at least three months of availability. If no times are showing as available, or if you encounter any issues with your bookings, please contact Ira and she will help sort things out for you! It’s important to book your two sessions each month to make use of the support available to you. All sessions must be used within the coaching term and any unused sessions expire at the end of the term.
We know along this journey that life happens. As a courtesy, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule a previously booked call. At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. You can reschedule your session yourself through the booking link, provided it’s within the rescheduling window. If you need to discuss rescheduling a session or run into any issues, please contact me directly so we can organise your next best steps.
